Awakening NOW is a 2006 documentary film by myself, Jerel Mani. It explores some of the fundamentals of spiritual questions from the perspectives of six contemporary spiritual teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I feel that NOW is the right time to share this film freely with the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Youtube is the perfect platform to share, discuss and explore these subjects. I am happy to deliver the film in parts during this unprecedented time. Now, more than ever, people are pausing and reflecting on life and it\u2019s meaning. This documentary was filmed in parts, and to me, it feels as though it\u2019s as if it had been waiting for this time. I am looking forward to the questions and conversations these videos might raise here on Youtube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was said that the Great Gutuma Buddha himself demanded his followers \u201cquestion everything\u201d and when I started my journey many years ago. That is what I did. Unknown to me at the time, this very process of questioning everything catalyzed my own \u201cawakening\u201d to be one who asks questions and seeks answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Awakening NOW is dedicated to all asking spiritual questions and being open to receiving the answers.
